💡 2–2.5 hrs by road. Peak-to-Peak gondola in summer is spectacular. Peak ski season Dec–Mar. The village itself is lovely to walk.
💡 Ride the actual 2010 Olympic bobsleigh track with a professional pilot. Allow a full day for the drive plus experience.
💡 BC Ferries from Tsawwassen takes ~1h35m each way. See the Parliament Buildings, Empress Hotel, Butchart Gardens (extra). An overnight makes it far more relaxed.
💡 Charming historic village with the original Hudson's Bay Company fort. Where BC was proclaimed a colony in 1858. Good cafés and antique shops.
💡 Historic cannery town. Buy fresh fish straight from the boats. Brilliant fish and chips. Gulf of Georgia Cannery is worth a visit.
